Struggling with what to focus on to push my character into higher teir Tower/Pit.

I'm at the point where every upgrade is small. Paragon 245, have 2-4 GA's on all my gear. My top three glyphs are; Sentinel - 137 Honed - 135 Spirit - 134 Chip - 120 Resplendence - 120. I'm Running MrRonit's Clash build. I'm struggling pushing further and I'm wondering what the best way to get my Glyphs to 150 is and if it's worth it? Running PuGs to try and do pit faster or higher level pit isn't working for me. I can solo about 130-135. What would you focus on upgrading here?
