Can't clear clog

Every time I've had a clog the fox was to heat the hotend until the plastic became loose and peel/cut it off, now my printer won't heat for more than a few seconds before crashing, what do I do?

The printer is elegoo Neptune 4 plus.

Edit: Claude told me to home it and heat the bed as I don't have a heat gun and it straight up started drilling into the bed with an awful sound

Chitubox Basic 2.3... Reset itself?

I've been using chitubox basic 2.3 for a while now, ever since getting my printer, maybe more than a year. I've dialed in my settings perfect and never had issues. Today, I open it up and it takes me to the printer selection, all my settings gone. How can I recover this? I don't want to spend days calibrating again

EDIT: You can go to "C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\chitubox2_0\Conf\MachineConfig" and change "addMachineList.cfgx" to have your old profile, mine was inside the \ELEGOO folder.
