I posted sometimes ago about installing 26.04 along side 24.04 on my Dell precision 5520 and I was able to it. So far everything is working fine.
The steps I took:
Backed up with clonezilla
Create a bootable usb with Ubuntu in it using Rufus(used my brother windows PC for this)
Then I started installation
Since we now have 26.04 LTS released I want upgrade my OS, but I can’t easily because I only run Linux on my PC, I’m dev, I have tons things installed, I prefer clean installation and I don’t want the upgrade slowing me in any way, that’s why I’m thinking of dual booting for now until 26.04 can fully handle all my activities without any serious issues, what do you guys think? Anything you can share to make this go as smooth as possible will be appreciated.
I believe both should render the same way but they are not, what am I missing?
