Hey,

I’ve got an old Flexi Cards / Q Card entry on my Centrix credit file from 2014 showing as “with debt collector but account still open”.

I got it back when I was 18, young and dumb, silly decision!!! anyway, I’m trying to clean up my credit file and this is all that’s on my account

Centrix has started an investigation and contacted them, and I’ve also asked Flexi Cards for a closure statement.

Has anyone had an old Q Card/Flexi Cards account like this that was either updated or removed?
