Manual around base of shaft, or hairline, or lower than scar
If turkey neck and hair on the shaft is a problem, does it make any sense to tug near the base of the shaft, or tug just above the “hairline” on the shaft?
Would adding more skin at the midloint of your shaft eventually aid simply by being more skin, or should you only target the scarline?
Similarly, could you do manual method in the dcar as usual… and then manual just above the hairline so you’re getting extra tugging in, even if at a different spot?
