Affordable trip planner wanted. I am thinking of celebrating my birthday in the French Riviera, hoping my friends and family can come. I anticipate a group of about 40 people. Here is the challenge: How do we make this trip affordable for everyone? I have looked at airfare and that seems okay but we need hotel discounts, tour discounts, tour guide, etc. I cannot stay in anything less than a four-star hotel, it would ruin the vibe. But I would like us all to be together for that week. It's in July 2027. Plenty of time to plan, I think an agent would be a smarter idea. Thoughts? Suggestions?
