weeping / oozing eczema
hi! im currently experiencing weeping eczema on my bum and behind my knees. ive gotten fusidic acid cream and sudocrem to help with the eczema but it hasnt gotten better :( would anyone let me know what else i can do to dry them up and have them heal quickly please? also, would bleach baths help with open wounds?
