Supernatural thriller from my childhood
Hey all, I'm looking for a movie from my childhood. A bad supernatural thriller. To start with no it isn't ghost ship. I know it's not. So what I remember is they're trapped on what I think was a boat or maybe a bunker though I'm confident it was boat. There's something 'jumping' bodies from one to another through possession. I don't know if it's a ghost or a demon I have the feeling it was a demon. I remember that towards the end when they're all convinced it's this one guy, the main character notices their friend or lover doing rhythmic finger tapping on the desk, which the previous possessed people did. The rhythmic tapping is from pinky to index. They're in a surveillance room, watching cameras to hunt down who they think is the possessed person when the actual possessed person starts finger tapping. I remember this scene so vividly the greenish grey tones of the shot, I think they're surrounded by lockers. And I can vaguely remember that a rat gets possessed. I'm positive it's the end of the film where we the audience get the vibe the demon survived. Or it's the beginning where the demon survived in the rat until new humans arrived. I know it isn't ghost ship, virus or below but he has that vibe and I feel it's late 90s/early 2000. That's all the info my vague memory can give me. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
EDIT It's not the thing, it's not even horizon, it's definitely not fallen with Denzel and it's not close your eyes from 2002. To me these all have big names the movie I'm thinking of I can't remember a single truly famous actor.
