3 months later and my Noah x Timex Moon Phase Watch still doesn't work
Just wanted to share my incredibly frustrating experience with the Noah x Timex Moon Phase watch and see if anyone has had a similar issue.
I bought the moonphase watch through Noah Japan Online, and right out of the box, the moonphase complication was completely stuck. When I reached out to Noah Japan, they refused to cover the international shipping costs for a return/refund, even though they sent me a defective product.
Noah Global support then told me to contact my local authorized Timex service center in Hong Kong for a warranty repair instead. I had to wait over a month just for the replacement parts to be shipped here. I finally got it back after they "replaced the movement," only to find out the exact same issue still exists. The moonphase is still completely frozen.
I’ve been stuck in this loop for over three months now. I’m basically burning through my warranty period acting as an unpaid product tester, and waiting months on end for a defective watch.
Has anyone had any luck getting Noah NYC or global support to step in and actually take responsibility for a defective collab piece? At this point, I just want them to cover the costs or ship a working replacement.
Be careful buying collabs from their international sites if you expect actual customer service.
