I purchased wrong course on K2 Uni

Hello everyone, it's me again.

I accidentally bought the wrong course on K2 uni (which was the Focus on Force). I should've bought the Admin Certification, but I've mistaken it with the CPQ (more advanced). This is a bundle (Practice exams + Study Guide, buy 1 get 1). Could you let me know how to get a refund? 😞

Is there anyone who wants this course? Can we share? I have not touched any material. Once I opened the course, I knew I was wrong

How to get the first Project Officer/ Admin/ Coordinator Job?

Hello,

I'm a fresh grad, with 2 years of experience in customer service and admin roles (not in Melbourne, but in my home country). I'm looking for roles titled like 'Project Officer/ Admin/ Coordinator', but the market is so intense right now, so most of my applications were turned down.
I really want to know what factors the hirer is looking for in candidates for these positions?

Referrals? Certificates (PMP)? Or more impressive portfolio?

Thank you

Is it worth to get SF admin cert?

Hi everyone, i am a fresh grad in Melbourne, AU. The hiring in VIC is kinda freeze, which makes it pretty hard for me to get a job in BA (my major at uni), so i'm thinking of finding another path, and SF is one of that.
Do you still think SF admin cert is valuable anymore, esp to help me get an entry-level position? Or do you suggest anything

Thanks
