
Is this mould?

My poor starter was shoved in the back of my fridge for about a month because of 🌟Life🌟.
Anyway, I know the dark spots are hooch but the film on top, is that Kahm yeast or mould?
Note: the bubbles/circles only came about after I tilted the jar on inspection.
There is no awful smell, just alcohol from the hooch.
It is about 18 months old. And fed usong 50g starter, 250 flour/water.
