I got a MBA 24ram/512 storage. On a daily basis I use these apps:
- Figma
- Photoshop
- Slack
- Brave browser (for AI image/video generation and video editing using Canva)

So, as the title says, is it normal for the MBA to get warm to getting hot? Though it it’s not hot like my old Intel MBP.

As much as possible, I don’t want to use a cooling pad because it’s bulky and carrying it with a power bank would be messy. (I also don’t want to plug it in to my laptop, it will degrade my battery faster). Doing the thermal pad mod is also not in my option either.

Any thoughts on this?
