At least, I think I did. They were on the southwest corner of 14th and Spruce with a costco card. I searched the area for the car but couldn't find it.

Edit 11 AM: I am taking them to the CUPD at 1050 Regents Drive.

Edit 1220 PM: They're under gate 9 at Folsom Stadium in a room marked "access."
