Running into the same problem every quarter. Order container leaves China, six week transit, plus customs and prep time. By the time inventory hits Amazon the front line stock is depleted and I lose ranking on the listings that matter. Then I'm replenishing into a position I have to rebuild instead of one I'm holding. Killing my rankings.

For sellers shipping from china at scale through FBA, what's your replenishment timing model. Are you ordering on a fixed schedule, demand triggered, or some hybrid. Trying to stop the cycle of running thin every other quarter.
