Any tips for making the game run better on a Samsung s24 ultra, Simpsons runs perfectly but dark souls stutters, anything I could change in settings to help this?

Is there any way to flip the screen? When I connect my gamesir controller to my phone, it is upside down in the app. I cant seem to find any information online, please help
