So when I make an offer its binding and unrevokeable. Unless the purposely hidden minimum price isnt met, then the bid is suddenly worthless.

This is extremely unfair. Either a bit should be binding for both parties, or for neither. ​

Now it's just a weird gamble where my bids are worthless, untill I hit the magical barrier and then its suddenly a binding legal contract where I can't back away from?
