Exterior stucco wall bowing. Should I be worried?
I am renting a home in FL. I recently noticed that a section of the exterior stucco wall is visibly bowing/bulging. There are larger cracks on the adjacent corner wall. I don’t know when the house was built but it had to be in the 2000’s. I’m going to have someone come take a look at it but appreciate Reddit’s opinion lol
I have a notoriously unhelpful corporate leasing company, so I want to know the truth about what I am looking at before I start escalating this. I want to know if this is a minor aesthetic issue or if I should actually be worried about a potential structural problem.
Possibly related? The nearby back door doesn’t properly seal even though maintenance has been out to “fix” it before.
Questions for the pros/contractors here:
Based on the photos, does this look like an immediate structural hazard or more likely is just the stucco separating from the backing?
