NBME 27: 56% with 35 days left. Can I still make it?

I took NBME 27 as a baseline today and scored 56%. My Step 1 is September 21, so I have ~35 days left and postponing isn't an option.

I've completed general path, CVS, respiratory, renal, endocrine, repro, biochem, and heme/onc, but retention is poor. I still have neuro, GI, immunology, MSK, derm, psych, ethics, biostats, virology/parasites and some pharm pending. I've done ~28% UWorld.

A lot of the NBME was guesswork because I genuinely haven't covered some of the material.

Can I realistically make this in 35 days? What should I prioritize now: finishing the first pass, UWorld, revision, or NBMEs? And what strategy would you use from here?

Looking for brutally honest advice.

Am I Too Far Behind to Pass Step 1 in 7 Weeks?

My Step 1 is on September 21, and I can't postpone it. I'm planning to take my first NBME on August 17, so it'll be just over a month before the real exam.

I'm still on my first pass.

Completed: General Path, CVS, Respiratory, Renal, Endocrine, Repro, Biochem (mostly).

Pending: GI, Neuro, Hematology, Oncology, Immunology, MSK, Derm, Psychiatry, Ethics, Biostats, plus Virology, some Parasitology, and remaining Pharm.

Resources: FA (supplemented with gpt) + UWorld + Sketchy (Micro & Pharm). I've completed about 20% of UWorld so far.

Is taking my first NBME only a month before Step 1 too late? Is one month enough for NBME reviews, revision, and strengthening weak areas, or am I in a very difficult position?

Is Dirty Medicine + UWorld enough for the metabolism part of biochemistry?

I've already covered genetics and vitamins using FA, Dirty Medicine, and UWorld. For metabolism I'd really prefer not to go through FA if I can avoid it.

Did anyone prepare metabolism with just Dirty Medicine and UWorld? Was it enough for the real exam and NBMEs, or did you feel FA was still necessary?
