House is on Campbell Ave. Off-street parking, close to lots of grocery stores, large yard, lots of space, Fios internet included.

Older house, no central air, you’ll need a window unit for AC. Only one bathroom. I’m 44 but I’m open to living with younger or older. I take care of a group of cats but only 2 come inside (all are fixed), 420 friendly. You can have two bedrooms, I also don’t really use the living room so you can use that for storage or as an actual living room. Let me know if you have any questions.
