Was up all night sweating with anxiety. I'm terrified. Short jump from Detroit to DC, but still having a hard time.
Update:I started crying in security and i was embarrassed so I lied and said my grandpa died... Not entirely a lie... He passed on in 2002.
Longtime fearfully flier after sort of white knuckling my plan is to finally get comfortable in the air once and for all. I remember Detroit to DC being like maybe an hour and change airborne. Taxing doesn't bother me. I'm gonna try it without meds. Just acceptance and willful tolerance. Any advice?
