Should I should share collateral information with my 26 year old son’s psychiatrist. If my son finds out, he will shut me out again. I am his only person and support him financially.

My son came for dinner yesterday. His shoulders were up and neck low. The posture reminded me of a vulture. He started profusely sweating for no reason. His delusions are still there but he is not in active psychosis.

He has been getting the Invega shot monthly, since Nov and takes Prozac. He had his first episode a year ago and has anosognosia.

Is it worth the risk? Will it make a difference in the outcome?
