Finding roommate

Hi! I’m a Master’s of Design student currently looking for a female roommate. The flat is located in Kushal Vatika, around 15 minutes away from the college. It’s a 1BHK apartment with a monthly rent of ₹14,000, and the individual rent contribution will depend on how many of us stay together.

For transportation, I’m planning to get a scooter (my uncle is giving me his), so my roommate and I can travel to college together easily.

The flat is semi-furnished, but affordable second-hand furniture and appliances like a fridge, washing machine, cupboard, study table, etc. are easily available in the market near the college at very reasonable prices.

For food, there’s also a tiffin service provided by an aunty in the same building, which costs around ₹3,500 per month.

Overall, the living expenses will definitely be much lower compared to college hostels and PG accommodations.

Finding girls to live with me on Rent

Hey! I’m an M.Des Design Management student at MIT ADT, and I’m currently looking for girls from MIT ADT who’d be interested in renting a flat together.

I’ve heard mixed reviews about the hostels, and my mom actually visited them while I was giving my exams: she felt they were quite unclean and not very comfortable. Also, the hostel rules for girls seem to be much stricter compared to boys.

The flat I’ve shortlisted is fully furnished except for the bed, and includes:
• Gas pipeline
• Cupboards
• Fridge
• Water purifier
• Washing machine
• Water heater

It’s located within 1 km of the college. I might also be getting a scooter from my uncle (he lives in Pune), so I’d probably commute to college on that with my flatmate.

I’m open to sharing with both bachelor’s and master’s students. Let me know if anyone’s interested ✨
