Loan Guaranty Service - Loan Production announcement open-02/12/2026 to 02/19/2026-closed. I applied, but have not heard anything. I know over 5,000 employees left the VA department in 2025. All the information I could find is that the "Trump administration slashed hundreds of jobs at the VA Loan Guaranty Service Wave 1 (January 2025): 75 employees approved for deferred resignation. Wave 2 (April 2025): 59 employees approved for deferred resignation. Does anyone know if they're(VA RLC's) continuing with the hiring freeze through September 2026? How long does it normally take to receive a "notice of results" from the VA Hr department?
