Hey everyone, quick question.

I usually sleep on my right side, so I can’t comfortably wear both AirPods while sleeping because my right ear starts to hurt from the pressure.

I listen to subliminals while sleeping, and I was wondering: is it okay to listen with only one AirPod in one ear? Will the subliminals still work the same, or do both ears matter?

And will I still get results if I only use one AirPod? 🌙
