Tower upgrade
Looks like ATT upgraded a tower by my neighborhood recently . Before and after pictures. Sorry about the quality of the after picture. You can see they installed CBAND and DOD on it though. They also offer internet air now to my area. They only have copper lines in my neighborhood.
