Has anybody had any problems with your basset and electric fencing? Context- we rent, don’t have a fence, and have been using a tie out but she has already broken one and she’s only 6mo. Pic of the one I’m considering.

How do I know my Basset puppy is happy when her face always looks like this? 🤔 I genuinely can’t tell if she likes me.
