Labcorp sent my drug screen results to complio but complio says they have no results
I took a 10-panel urine drug screen at labcorp last Friday May 8 at 8:35 am. It is now Thurs May 14 and I have no results in my complio dashboard. I called complio and they said my specimen arrived at the lab May 11 and that it's still in progress. I called labcorp and they said they sent the results to complio on May 12.
Could my specimen have been flagged for MRO review? If the sample was tested May 11, and the results were sent May 12, is that even enough time to complete the immunoassay and confirmatory gc-ms testing if I failed the immunoassay? I'm freaking out because I smoked heavily last December and only started passing 50 ng/ml at home drug tests using first morning urine in mid April. The official sample I gave at Labcorp looked pretty concentrated.
