I'm having total hip replacement on right side on June 30. I'm 40 years old and have dysplasia bilaterally. This will be my first replacement after a failed arthroscopy. My daughter's 5th birthday party is 18 days after surgery. It's about a 20 minute drive to get to the location, and they do all the decorating, provide cupcakes, and do activities with the kids. They even provide Party Favor bags for all the kids. Theoretically, I just have to show up for two hours. I have a walker, a cane and the option to stretch out in the car if needed. Does this sound feasible?
