What Proof did everyone used to prove their work experience for both Canada and Foreign.

What I will have for my 2 years of Canadian experience is as follows:

1. Experience letter
2. Employment Contracts
3. Paystubs
4. T4s
5. Notice of assessments
6. Record of employment from Service Canada

For Foreign work experience of one year as follows:

1. Experience letter.
2. Employment contract
3. Form 16 from India (equivalent of T4)
4. Income tax return from India
5. Paystubs

I just want everybody’s opinions as to if these documents are enough or not or are there any more documents that I should provide/look for?
