Hi there I’ve been employed with a big organisation since June last year as a casual. Working pretty regularly (only had a one or two weeks off now and again between times they’ve had me on

Got a part time contract for 3 months of regular weekly work then I’m back to being casual

Was/am getting 8% holiday pay loaded during my casual contract at the moment as I’m still employed here with no sign of termination pending

Does this 8% cover sick leave?
