It’s honestly just heartbreaking to see the heart ache this travel ban has caused. Families being separated, students not being able to return to their studies or not being able to leave the country to visit their family etc it’s all just deeply inhumane. I can’t believe we have reached a point in modern history where people have decided it’s okay to do this to individuals. This isn’t a political issue, but a moral one.

My visa expired Jan 4, and according to my understanding the travel ban is only subject to individuals who didn’t have a valid visa starting Jan 1st. I’m thinking of trying to renew but don’t know how would turn out. The ambiguity in the writing of the proclamations is confusing
