Does AI not respect the all way stop sign? Had more than 1 collision where they just run into me despite I stopped earlier than the incoming traffic

Nothing crazy just a kawasaki ninja, only weighs 400lbs. Not sure if there's any legal catch when I travel to the states and ride it with a canadian m license, or any other downsides. Sounds like a good way to travel around waiting for shipping/receiving and get grocery
