Location: Florida. I've only just found out after getting pulled over on my way to a job interview that my license has been suspended for nearly a year because of unpaid traffic light fines. The light in question is extremely quick and has gotten me in a way that feels unfair as I'm nearly into the intersection. What are my options ? What can I do ? The fees have gone to collection agencies and are now insanely high. The whole thing feels preditory, I am an incredibly safe driver. This is my first ticket ever, and I've been driving for decades.
