My wife has an upcoming master hearing. First master hearing. Online Master Hearing. We haven't found a lawyer. My wife has dual citizenship. Her asylum was referred to immigration court. Entered under ESTA/VWP. No status. Is it too dangerous for her to show up without a lawyer? Is it recommended to send a letter? What should we do now? The hearing is on May 22nd 2026. She is not married to a US Citizen or Resident. We are worried about the current environment given that she has dual citizenship and entered under ESTA/VWP.
