“Waymo is operating in London “
Why is Waymo fibbing about “operating in London”, when they have no license or authority to offer any services here, and are unlikely to get approval, especially if they think they will get away with having “remote” drivers in the Philippines or America monitor these vehicles (unions have already taken the government to task about not even entertaining having overseas individuals, unlicensed and unaccountable to be let loose “monitoring” these vehicles).
There’s only a few of them here, maybe a dozen and they are always driven by a person, and they seem to stick to the easiest and widest routes with clear junctions, a tiny fraction of London roads being built this way.
I think they’re struggling, hence the untruths.
