Hi everyone,

I’m working in a beverage production company and we’re planning an internal hackathon focused on employee wellness + productivity improvement.

My idea is onboarding gamification. Where new hires learn about company culture, department by earning points. Also include shadow day, internal talent trade, ai career map, scavenger hunt all the fun for new hires.
