No more glucose spikes but longer to baseline

Hi all. So recently i’ve made some changes to my diet which has helped tremendously with any spikes.

My TIR has been 100% the entire day (within 140mg/dl) just by simply front loading the protein and fats and fibre before any meal. The only other change i’ve done is reducing carbs just by a little and increasing fats for a more mediterranean diet.

However, while it’s been amazing for my spikes (not even once above 140mg/dl for every meal), i’ve realized it’s taking longer than usual to clear. By the 3rd hour, i’m already much lower than the peak but not close to baseline.

I am wondering if this is alright? It does come to baseline after 4 hours ish. Can someone shed some light?

P.S. The “insulin” you see in the images is when i take my ACV with water before meals.
