Skin routine needed for body acne

I'm in desperate need of a skin care routine. Tbh I never had one and I'm 38 🤦🏾‍♂️. I've struggled recently with body acne and maintained facial acne since 2006. What skin care routine are y'all using to help with body acne? Right now my plan is to visit a dermatologist in the next coming weeks if I can't find a natural way to calm this down.

MSI Raider GE68 HX 13V Stuttering

So my girl has a MSI Raider GE68 HX 13V. For the last month or so it has been stuttering. I can't recall when the last time she actually shut the laptop down to give it a break (besides now). She plays Second Life and watches streamers on Kick and Twitch. She falls asleep while still logged on Second Life while a streamer channel is playing. I have told her plenty of times she needs to shut her laptop down regularly to give it a break but she has this mentality that "it's a gaming laptop it should be able to handle it." Yes it should but you have no cooling pad underneath and you are constantly running the laptop with no breaks. It's not meant to run constantly 24/7. I have a GE78 but my stutters have been minor but I have shut mines down and don't run it the way she runs hers. My theory right now is that 1. We may need cooling fans or 2. We need Ethernet cables since we are running on home wifi or 3. Maybe both. I'm not sure....for as long as we have had these laptops the stutters have started about 2 months ago. ⚠️if anyone has any advice on how to conquer this it would be awesome⚠️ I lucked up with both laptops due to me being in school so I know outside of school these are out of my price range and would love to make these laptop lasts until I want to get another.

Update: her fans were filthy, it's propped up for air flow and stuttering has been reduced.

At a crossroads with Amazon Path

So I'm on the fence with using career choice for CDLs but also I see an opportunity to sign up for Path Stream. I do want to advance in Amazon but I also want my CDLs as well. I want to take advantage of Path Stream cuz even if I don't get PA my paperwork from Path Stream will still be good for 18 months and if I go for my CDLs at least I can fall back on that for a career (possibly still with Amazon) and vice versa if trucking doesn't work out. Although I can't drive for amazon without 6 mos experience first there is a plan to get that experience first then go back to drive trucks for Amazon. Is there anyone in here who's had experience with either one of the fields? I want to make the best choice for myself and not people please others.
