I need help
First installation team complained that the scaffolding was not sufficient hence unable to fit the remaining 2 panels and said the second team will come. Second team came (together with the scaffolding, but before the scaffolding team could even start extend the scaffoldingshe told them not to do it), and said the panels cannot be fitted as it will go over to my neighbour's side. He also said that they need to have 200mm gap on the left, then when I questioned the Installation Manager in the later email, he said need to be 300mm to 400mm. I felt the first installer set the left verge gap a bit too wide, hence second installer did not want to redo by moving slightly to the left. I have attached the original plan for the front roof which is 6 panels. Each tile is 28cm wide. These are Eurener 475w TopCon Panels. Am I being gaslighted?
I will name and shame if this is true. Communication have been very poor.
