Hello, I just barely started getting into cycling. I just have a bike, no gear yet (this is how new I am) but I have been riding my bike. Longest ride I’ve gone is only 10 miles and it was just under 1 hour. My question is, for a beginner what is the average time I should be at per 5 or 10 miles?
