Two weeks post-op: struggling to maintain full extension between PT sessions
So I hit the two-week mark tomorrow. I had ACL and meniscus repair. During PT I can achieve full extension, and it holds while I’m there. But by the next day, my knee won’t fully extend unless I actively work on it. It’s a bit painful to get there, and it doesn’t stay without effort.
A couple of questions for those who’ve been through this:
1. How long into PT were you able to maintain full extension consistently throughout the day?
2. Any at-home exercises you’d recommend, and how often are you doing them?
