Is this mold on my window panes?

This is where the caulk goes on the back end of the glass itself to help keep it stuck on place(opposite side of the glazing bead for those that know window anatomy).

I don't know if the caulk is just really old and dirty or if it's mold.

It's been there as long as I have had the house (multiple years) and it is only around those spots on the windows.

The white stuff is glazing putty that you can ignore.
