Hello po! Sino po dito nagriritalin (diagnosed) and nag rereview for boards? Nahihirapan ako. Ang lala ng stiffneck/shoulders ko kaya ang hirap din mag focus sometimes. I’m on Rita 10mg IR.

Been using Ritalin for 1 year and a half na since I was diagnosed but hindi everyday. Nag stop ako ng ilang months before kasi anlala talaga ng Stiffneck/shoulders ko every time I’m on it lalo na pag everyday umiinom. And now na I’m reviewing na for boards sobrang distracted and out of place ako that’s why I’ve decided to use Ritalin again to get myself together. Pero nagsusuffer ako sa stiffneck/shoulders 😭

If anyone has the same side effects/symptoms, ano po ginawa niyo para hindi ma experience to or at least to lessen man lang? I’ve tried na the high protein meals, walking, vitamin d3. Still the same ☹️
