I am being sued by Discover for about $4400. I was served last month. I am trying to conduct a payment plan because I do not want to go to court. An attorney out of Raleigh is the attorney for Discover. I have to file an answer to the court. I'm not sure what to do. Need help! #discover #lawsuit
