If you could eliminate just one daily frustration, what would it be? 

Mine would probably be searching through emails for old quotes. 

Other possibilities: 

• Keeping rates up to date 
• Customer communication 
• Manual data entry 
• Shipment visibility 
• Invoicing 
• Something else?

 

I've noticed many freight forwarders continue using Excel much longer than expected because it works well until operations become more complex. 

At what point did spreadsheets become a bottleneck for your team? 

Was it quote volume, multiple offices, version control, customer requests, or something else? 

I'd be interested to hear where people draw the line.
