She wrote the message in Ronnie's locker.
Paty gives the salmon sweater to convince her to betray Lilly; that is why, in the bathroom scene, she touches the sweater when she feels guilty
This is just a theory, but I feel like Marge's character had some extra scenes that were either cut or never filmed.
I wish we could see the original wtd script someday

Apparently, the mirror belonged to the female member of the Bradley gang. Marge's father and grandfather take part in the massacre. Then, when they are about to bury the gang, they tell him and some other boys to arrange the bodies inside the car. The mirror falls off the girl's body, and Marge's father puts it in his pocket.

Lily and Marge's parents
Episode 8 without the fog?
Will and Rich scene ?
Also, the scene where Lily asks her mother if she remembers a clown
When pennywise showed all those kids the deadlights they just woke up after they should have been driven mad if they were somehow pulled out of it when pennywise showed the deadlights to Leroy barely anything happened they have kinda been messing with how dangerous pennywise is in this show which is goofy. I still enjoyed the show I just wish they didn’t introduce those pilliars.
