Has anybody tried the I Can’t Believe It’s Gluten Free Cookbook?
I came across a link to the cookbook when reading an America’s Test Kitchen article about gluten free flours, but it looks like it might be a NYT cookbook. It looks promising, but it’s expensive, so I’m trying to decide if it’s worth it. Any opinions?
