i’m hosting seven people tomorrow evening. We are going to make single serve pizzas. I’m planning to make sourdough dough for the pizza crust ahead of time. I want to have about 10 single serve pizza dose to bake so that I have a couple leftover afterwards in case people are still hungry or extra people decide to join.

Does anyone have a good recipe not only for pizza dough but proportions that makes sense for what I’m looking for? I’m planning to make the dough this afternoon around 2 PM and it will not be baked until tomorrow around 6:30 or 7 PM.
