Recently moved to London for work and trying to decide the best areas to rent in.

About me:
Working in tech, office in Shoreditch

Budget(excluding utilities ): ~£1.5k–£1.7k (£85k salary)

Looking for 1BHK

Want a safe area with good Tube connectivity

Prefer modern buildings and decent nearby cafes/grocery stores

Ideally under 45 min commute

Currently considering:
Stratford, Walthamstow, and Leyton.

Would love recommendations on:
Best value areas
Areas to avoid
