I have my first colonoscopy scheduled for Friday. Literally haven’t pooped since last Friday (I altered my diet on Saturday and my normal is every 1-2 days). Just took a normal dose of Miralax so that there’s less ammo for the Gavilyte tomorrow.

Also my area is having a heat wave this week and I hope to god it breaks before tomorrow afternoon so I won’t have that extra layer of uncomfortable.
